What data we collect
Only the data you fill in yourself in the contact form:
- the company name
- an email address
- a phone number, if you choose to give one
- the town, the period you want and any site details you choose to send us
The form does not ask for the name of the person filling it in.
The website does not use tracking cookies and does not pass data to advertising networks.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if the discussion progresses, to prepare an offer. We do not send newsletters and we do not use the data for marketing purposes.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679), and, for the steps preceding a contract, the measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it

Who else has access
The data is seen by the people in the company who handle the enquiry. For the technical operation of the website we use service providers that store the data on servers within the European Union:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Resend — delivery to us of the email generated by the form
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to other companies for commercial purposes.
Your rights
- to find out what data we hold about you
- to ask for incorrect data to be corrected
- to ask for it to be deleted
- to withdraw your consent at any time
- to ask for processing to be restricted, or to object to it
- to receive the data in a format that can be transferred elsewhere
Send your request to or by post, to the registered office above, and we will reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled the matter properly, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If we change anything in this document, we update the date at the top of the page.
